Antonella Coitinho

Antonella Coitinho is a member of the litigation and advisory practice labor team. Her practice is focused on Labor and Social Security, comprehensive advice to local and foreign companies, as well as labor litigation, individual and collective bargaining processes, contracts, and labor administration procedures, especially in the labor, civil and commercial law fields. She also collaborates with local and international companies on labor aspects applicable to their activity.

Experience

Specialist in Applied Labor Law focused on advisory practice, negotiation and representation of clients in court and out-of-court proceedings, especially in the labor, civil, commercial law fields and resolution of collective and individual conflicts.
She also is highly dedicated and specialized in the new ways of working, such as working on new digital platforms. Member of the Commission of Young Jurists Section of the International Society for Labour and Social Security Law exposing about the changes in the Labor Law of Uruguay in various countries.
