María Florencia Imbrosiano is a member of the Corporate and Public Law team. Her work is focused on advising companies, mainly Parent Companies, as regards analysis, negotiation and elaboration of contracts.
Furthermore, she offers solutions to different requirements and enquiries from clients as regards complex regulatory matters, providing an accurate and immediate response appropriate to the situation.
María Florencia focuses her practice on the contracts area. She has experience in the elaboration and enforcement of contracts, as well as in corporate advisory practice.
In the regulatory field, she offers advice as regards regulations applicable to different sectors, and concentrates her practice on the fuel and energy field. She has considerable experience in administrative proceedings before the Energy and Water Services Regulatory Unit (URSEA) and other Government agencies.
In addition, she counsels clients in judicial and administrative disputes, within her practice focus.
