He is part of the Tax and Public Department. His professional practice consists on counseling clients in a variety of administrative proceedings as well as advising them in court cases. In particular, he is involved in advising both domestic and international companies, answering consultations, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
He has experience advising clients on tax matters, including audits and other proceedings before the Tax Administration and the Social Security Administration. He also advises clients on tax planning, tax regulations compliance, and complying with the Administration’s requirements.
He has experience in drafting legal documents for administrative and jurisdictional proceedings, as well as Reports and Legal Opinions.
